My Story
I am caring and compassionate. At the core of my therapeutic work is cultivating a safe therapeutic relationship based on mutual trust, respect and understanding.

Experience
My role as a psychologist involves the provision of assessments, individualised formulations and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
​
My role also includes supporting parents, and using the parent-child relationship to promote children’s emotional and psychological wellbeing.

I offer clinical supervision to mental health professionals in private practice; NHS settings; and those in training.

Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an approach that helps people recover from difficulties triggered by traumatic or distressing events in their lives.

More recently I completed a Research Doctorate in Psychology. My thesis focused on the implementation of exposure-based CBT to treat a range of anxiety difficulties.
